Registration for the 2025 Berkshire Yoga Festival is now open! With over 200 sessions to choose from, there is something for everyone!
With so much to do over the course of the 4-day festival, we believe it is important to give yourself some time to slow down and restore. We’ve curated a list of sessions, including Restorative Yoga, Sauna sessions and Yoga Thai Massage that are the perfect way to offer the body a little rest after all that yoga!
Consent is Key: Yoga & Thai Massage with jean-jacques gabriel

Grab a partner and join jean-jacques for a session exploring creating safety and security in the body. You’ll be guided through a Thai massage sequence to aid in deep relaxation.

The Portable Practice: Restorative Yoga on the Go with Gail Grossman

This relaxing workshop will teach you how to do Restorative Yoga with minimal props. This is a restorative yoga practice you can do anywhere with just your favorite blanket and a pillow - the perfect session on the final day of the festival
