Tips for building your Schedule
The 2025 Berkshire Yoga Festival will showcase over 200+ offerings across 4 days.
One of the most exciting parts in planning for the festival is building your schedule. Chances are, as soon as you purchase your pass, you will have started to populate your weekend schedule through the booking app, Sched.
Depending on your pass, you will have a set amount of regular sessions, unlimited community events and options to upgrade into special workshops and classes.
To make the most of your time here, we have a few tips to help build out your daily itinerary.
Download the Sched App
You can explore over 200+ sessions and create or update your schedule though our booking software, Sched. This can be done right from a browser , but we recommend having the app handy. Download in the Apple Store or Google Play store ; you’ll use the email address you provided when purchasing your tickets to log in.
Tip: Once you see a check-mark next to the class, you are on the list.
Book 4-6 sessions per day
Depending on your pass, when you arrive, and when you plan to depart, we usually see guest book 4-5 sessions per day. In general, Multi-Day and Single Day passes include a set amount of featured sessions you can book, however, they also include unlimited “Community” sessions to help fill up your day.
Practice Ahimsa: take care of your body
If you aren’t used to back-to-back asana classes and the vibrant energy of festivals, you may burn out quickly. For even the most seasoned yogis, we recommend weaving in lectures, talks, sound healing, a sauna session, and breaks (whether that is to shop in our amazing vendor village or to take a mid day nap).
Don’t forget to eat!
With so much to do it is easy to forget to pause to nourish the body with a meal. Plan to pack a few snacks and water with you before arriving for the day.
We really love The Country Store located right on Jiminy Peak to grab a snack, coffee, sandwich or other small bites earlier in the day.
The cafeteria inside JJ’s Lodge will open up around noon where you grab something like a veggie bowl to fill you up.
Or if you are on the run, in between classes, a few of our vendors will be selling refreshments. Be sure to check out the fresh juices that our friends Bear Butter will be serving up in the vendor village.
Your schedule doesn’t need to be set in stone
While we do highly recommend booking into your “must-see” sessions in case they fill up, the beauty of Sched is that you can update your schedule at any time, right up to the time of class! Just click on the class you want to leave (you will see the check-mark disappear") and click onto the new session you wish to join
