BYF Curated Schedule: Transformation and Personal Growth

With nearly 50 presenters and 120+ sessions, choosing how to spend your time at the Berkshire Yoga Festival might feel overwhelming. To help guide you, as you plan your festival experience, we’ve put together some Curated Schedules to inspire you.

This year, our line-up includes a very special 6-hour immersion, “Yoga and Transformative Inner Work” with Seane Corn on Friday. The unique study opportunity can be taken individually or as an upgrade to any multi-day pass.

On the theme of “transformation”, we’ve curated a sample schedule that incorporates Seane’s Friday immersion plus 10 additional sessions Friday through Sunday. Use this as inspiration for your own itinerary.

Friday June 14th:

6:30am -Morning Meditation with Andrew Tanner
9:00am - Yoga and Transformative Inner Work with Seane Corn
12:00pm - Afternoon break for lunch, shopping and meeting up with yogi friends
2:00pm - Yoga and Transformative Inner Work continued with Seane Corn
7:00pm - Ecstatic Flow to Release Emotional Blockages with Dima Bosko

Saturday, June 15th
8:00am - The Path of Wonder and Delight: Instictive Meditation with Coby Kozloweki
12:00pm - Sushumna Nadi in Theory and Practice with Leslie Kaminoff
2:00pm - Revolution of the Soul with Seane Corn
4:00pm - Intro to Sonic Chakra Balancing with Char Willingham
6:00pm - Mountain Music Extravaganza
